FREE Catholic Valentine Printable and What's All This Hype About Valentine's Day?

Shortly after Christmas this year I noticed Valentine's Day paraphernalia in the grocery store! My first thought was are you kidding me already, and then I remembered how early I saw Christmas things on display. It's a commercial world, but lets back up here a minute and ponder what love really means.

In my humble opinion the greatest love is Agape the love of The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit , the Love God has for humanity and this is the love I want to share with my family and the world.

"  13 No one has gone up to heaven except the one who has come down from heaven, the Son of Man. 14And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15  so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.” 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. "  John 3:13-17

Jesus laid down his life for us and paid the greatest price to open the gates of heaven that we may live with him in paradise.  I made some valentines so my kids could share the love of Jesus with those around them. We are all called to love as Jesus loves and for me it's important to tress this for the little ones, it's not all about feeling but a choice to love even when it's difficult.

I have a set of valentines that are for sale in my shop, but I wanted to share for free here one of the pages so you can share this real message of love too.

Here is what I am making available for you in a girl & boy version. These can be printed out on a full page cut and folded over for a quick card or you can cut out the individual pictures and paste them to colorful cardstock if  you want to get a little creative. Free Valentine Printable
